The ruling party Zanu PF has primed all its provincial structures countrywide to be on standby to begin campaigning for elections this year.

Addressing a media conference at the party’s headquarters in Harare yesterday, National Political Commissar Dr Mike Bimha said the party’s campaign system is ready for the polls.

Commenting on the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission delimitation report, Dr Bimha said experts in the party are still scrutinising the document adding that concern in the revolutionary organisation is for members to be registered voters.

The delimitation report was tabled in Parliament yesterday with an Adhoc committee set up to analyse the document noting some reservations in the manner National Assembly constituencies and Local Government Authority Wards boundaries were demarcated.
