Schools expected to open next month

Acting President Dr Constantino Chiwenga has extended the Covid-19 lockdown by a further two weeks with schools given three weeks to prepare for opening depending on prevailing covid-19 situation.

In a statement on Friday, Dr Chiwenga urged all eligible teachers and students to get vaccinated before the opening of schools.

Meanwhile the Acting President implored Covid-19 provincial task force teams, to strengthen their efforts in mobilising all eligible citizens to get inoculated.
