Nutty O was the biggest winner at the fourth edition of the Star FM Listeners’ Choice Awards, winning five awards - the Listeners’ Choice Song of the Year, Best Song of the Year and Best Zimdancehall Song with Handipere Power, plus the Album of the Year with Mustard Seed, and also taking the Best Male Artist award.

Hameni Hlebanna by Mambo Dhuterere featuring Zolasko won the Best Gospel Song and the Best Collaboration award, and Fusion 5 Mangwiro also won two awards – Best R&B Song and Best Duo or Group.

Tamy Moyo took the Best Female Artist award and Kae Chaps was the Best Newcomer.

The Awards were decided by a public vote and Fossil Agro was the headline sponsor.

With Star FM turning 10 next month, 10 Star Music Brands were also honoured – artists that have grown with Star FM since the station launched in 2012. The Star Music Brand awards were given to Nutty O, Tamy Moyo, Takura, Freeman, Janet Manyowa, Minister Mahendere, Gemma Griffiths, Tocky Vibes, Ex-Q and Enzol Ishall.

Sam Mataure was given a Lifetime Achievement Award.
