Zimbabwe's suitability assessment to host the International Conference on AIDS and STI's in Africa, ICASA 2023 began with a delegation visiting President Emmerson Mnangagwa at State house in Harare this Thursday.

Addressing the media after meeting the President, ICASA director Luc Armand Bodea said President Mnangagwa expressed much interest in hosting the conference next year (2022).

Before meeting the President, the ICASA delegation met Vice President and Health and Child Care Minister Dr Constantino Chiwenga who confirmed Zimbabwe's undoubted capacity to host the conference.
