United Kingdom based businesswoman and philanthropist Olinda Chapel has cancelled her much publicised High Tea which was slated for the 29th of this month to the 26th of November citing health concerns.

Chapel who recently went under the knife to reduce her breast size, stomach and other body parts said:

"Due to not feeling 100%, I will not be in a position to execute this year's High Tea adequately by the 29th of October 2022. I am not physically fit to plan and execute within this time frame.

So unfortunately we need to cancel the 29th of October 2022. In the mean time we will issue full refunds to all those that have purchased their tickets in the next few days. I’d like to apologise to all those involved, partners, patrons, artists and service providers.

Let me get better first," she added.

Chapel recently said she spent three weeks in hospital, going through the surgery.

"I spent the last three weeks in hospital after surgery. Went home for one night and developed a collection of fluids which was treated by the team at JR Oxford University hospital. Glad to have been in the hands of the best. I am still unwell and recovering, will be back to my bubbly self soon," she said
