More females capped during BUSE graduation

The Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE) 21st graduation ceremony has seen more females being capped compared to their male counterparts, signaling the bearing of fruits to the government's deliberate stance to empower the girl child.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa who is also Chancellor of the university today presided over the BUSE’s 21st graduation ceremony where he also toured and commissioned the Bindura University of Science Education Innovation Hub.

The hub will facilitate software development, natural products, and drug discovery, food products development, climate change adaption, and mitigation.

Meanwhile, the President also commisioned a 352-bed female hostel at the university.
