Diversified Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listed institution ZB Financial Holdings has spread into Botswana where it has launched P and C Reinsurance company as the group pushes its vision to be an acclaimed firm in Africa. 

in a statement, ZB Group chief executive officer Shepherd Fungura said the latest move is part of the company's growth initiative and seizing opportunities in banking, insurance and investments that exists on the continent. 

P and C Reinsurance company commenced operations in July this year and offers services which include fire, motor, engineering as well as crop and livestock insurance.
